Shredded Buffalo Chicken

This is one of the easiest, yet tastiest ways I batch make my protein for the week!

You are going to want to make this every week, its that good!!

INGREDIENTS:

8-10 Chicken Breasts
Franks Redhot Sauce
Crockpot

 

 

DIRECTIONS:

Place 8-10 chicken breasts in crockpot.

Pour a bottle of franks red hot sauce on top.

Cook for 4-5 hours on low.

Shred chicken with 2 forks and DONE!
