At NV Fitness and Training, located at 27 Main Street Sterling, MA. We have only one objective: creating the perfect fitness experience for you. If you are looking for lasting results and motivating coaches who are fun and knowledgeable then you’ve found your match.

NV FIT BOOT CAMPS

Accelerate Fat Loss, Lean Muscle Gain and Maximum Results! NV Boot Camps are a small group training program that requires MAX effort! Your NV coaches will break it down into strength training, endurance, cardio, agility and metabolic conditioning!!

 

Each class is 60 minutes.

Pilates flow

Pilates is a full-body exercise method that builds strength and improves flexibility, balance, postural alignment, and core strength. This all-levels mat class will challenge you physically, go deep into the core, integrate mind and body, and leave you restored.

We all know that any body composition change and any performance improvement is 80% nutrition!

Coach Jen DiCandia has been creating custom nutrition programs for her clients for over 20 years.

Jen believes in a realistic approach that is sustainable for life.

Jen has a BS in Exercise Physiology and carries certifications from NASM, ACE, IYSA and Precision Nutrition.
