Build strength, speed, and confidence! This class focuses on age-appropriate strength training, agility, and movement mechanics to enhance performance and prevent injuries. Perfect for young athletes or any youth looking to get stronger and move better!
Sports specific training - 60 min
Designed for young athletes, this class focuses on sport-specific strength, speed, agility, and endurance to enhance performance on the field, court, or track. Through targeted drills, resistance training, and mobility work, athletes will develop power, coordination, and injury prevention skills to excel in their sport.
