Accelerate Fat Loss, Lean Muscle Gain and Maximum Results! NV Boot Camps are a small group training program that requires MAX effort! Your NV coaches will break it down into strength training, endurance, cardio, agility and metabolic conditioning!!

 

MetCon: Metabolic Conditioning - 30 min

Torch calories, build strength, and boost endurance with high-intensity circuits that keep your metabolism revved up. Fast, effective, and results-driven—get ready to sweat!

Lift club - 60 min

Strength & Power: Lift Heavy, Get Strong, Build Muscles, Boost Metabolism, and Improve Strength with weight-focused training using dumbbells, barbells, and resistance exercises.

Jen has a BS in Exercise Physiology and carries certifications from NASM, ACE, IYSA and Precision Nutrition.
