Banana & Avocado Smoothie Recipe

Ingredients

1 small avocado

2 medium bananas, frozen

1 cup vanilla Greek yogurt

½ cup orange juice

Substitute greek yogurt for some undenatured whey protein (we like Isagenix Isalean)
Instructions

Combine all ingredients in a blender. Blend until smooth. Add mixture to cup and enjoy!
