1/3 Cup Old Fashioned Oats
1 or 2 Spoons of Peanut Butter
1 Cup Almond Milk or to your liking
1/2 tsp Cinnamon
**Microwave 2 minutes**
Stir in 1 Scoop IsaLean Creamy Dutch Chocolate by Isagenix to finish it off.
Add more almond milk or water to get the consistency you like.
