EGG WHITE CRUSTLESS QUICHE
Preheat oven to 375
In a glass pie dish layer
2 cups frozen spinach
1 large egg white carton
A few slices of turkey bacon
Sprinkle with shredded cheese (lately I have been using vegan cheese and it is delicious!)
