This cucumber tomato salad is the perfect summertime side!

INGREDIENTS
- 1/4 cup white balsamic vinegar
- 3 tablespoons extra-virgin olive oil
- 1 teaspoon Garlic Powder
- 1 teaspoon Sea Salt Grinder
- 3/4 teaspoon Pure Ground Black Pepper
- 1 teaspoon sugar
- 6 mini seedless cucumbers, cut into 1/2-inch thick slices
- 1 pint cherry tomatoes halved grape tomatoes, halved
- 1/2 cup thinly sliced red onion
INSTRUCTIONS
- Whisk vinegar, oil, garlic powder, salt, black pepper, and sugar in a large bowl until well blended.
- Add cucumbers, tomatoes, and onion, tossing to coat in dressing.
- Cover and refrigerate 30 minutes or until ready to serve. Toss to mix just before serving.
- Top with Feta or mozzarella, if desired.
