30 Mar Coach Liz Sama’s Buffalo Chicken Stuffed Peppers!
Buffalo chicken Stuffed Peppers
4 cooked & shredded boneless skinless chicken breasts
1/2 cup hot sauce
1 cup brown rice
Parsley , black pepper to your taste!
4 fresh peppers tops cut off
Mix above ingredients in a bowl and stuff the peppers with the mixture!
Sprinkle of reduced fat shredded cheese (for on top of each pepper)
Bake at 375 for 20-25 minutes or until hot all the way thru!
Makes 4 servings !!
